Pricing follows scope: door count, divisions, and whether you need a one-season build or a weekly pulse. Figures below are starting points for Hong Kong engagements; we confirm a written estimate after discovery.

What changes the estimate
- Number of doors and whether online sell-through must reconcile with store files
- How many product divisions need separate cover bands
- Cleanliness of POS and intake extracts
- On-site sessions outside Hong Kong Island (travel time billed separately when required)
Deposits
Season reviews and audits usually require a 40% deposit to reserve calendar space during buy weeks. Pulse retainers are billed monthly in advance.
