Pages describing Season Sell-Through Reviews, Assortment Health Audits, Merch Pulse Reporting, and related work are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original materials remain the property of System Cornerpath or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s proposal. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content, or use our contact channels for spam or unlawful solicitations.
Disclaimer
Analytics and merchandising recommendations depend on the accuracy of data you provide and on market conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sell-through rates, margin outcomes, or retail performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, System Cornerpath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from reliance on informational content. Liability under a paid engagement is limited as set out in that engagement’s contract, and otherwise to fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
