Textile bolts and fabric rolls in a workshop

Method

How a season review actually runs

A practical sequence from data intake to buyer workshop—shaped for Hong Kong merch calendars, not generic consulting phases.

  1. Brief and door map

We confirm the season, doors, divisions, and which meetings the dashboard must serve. You receive a data checklist for POS, intake, and markdown calendars.

  2. Reconcile sell-through

We align units sold and remaining stock so weeks of cover mean the same thing across doors. Gaps and odd SKUs get flagged early—not buried in a late slide.

  3. Build the merchandising view

The dashboard emphasises movers, stallers, size curves, and colour lag. We keep charts sparse so a buyer can read them between fittings.

  4. Season readout workshop

On-site in Wan Chai or at your office, we walk findings, mark markdown candidates, and capture decisions the planning team owns after we leave.

  5. Handoff and optional pulse

You keep the view. If weekly rhythm helps, Merch Pulse Reporting continues the same structure without restarting discovery.
