Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for System Cornerpath engagements such as season reviews, assortment audits, and pulse retainers.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to System Cornerpath for cancelled or adjusted engagements, subject to the conditions below. Informational website browsing does not involve charges.
Deposits
Season Sell-Through Reviews and Assortment Health Audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the agreed start date: full refund of deposit minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already approved in writing.
- 7–14 days before start: 50% of the deposit may be retained for reserved analyst time.
- Fewer than 7 days before start, or after work has begun on your data files: deposit is non-refundable; completed work to date is invoiced.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 7 days’ notice and we can offer an alternative within 60 days. Further reschedules may incur a scheduling fee stated in your proposal.
Pulse retainers
Monthly Merch Pulse Reporting is billed in advance. Cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date for a stop at period end. Partial months already started are not refunded unless we fail to deliver the agreed weekly packs.
Work already started
If discovery, data reconciliation, or dashboard build has started, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused future stages may be refunded or credited as agreed in writing.
No-shows
Missed workshops without 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the booked session rate. We will offer one courtesy reschedule when feasible.
Non-refundable items
Approved travel expenses, licensed data connectors purchased at your request, and third-party meeting room fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Refund process and timing
Email info@system-cornerpath.click with your proposal reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Our cancellations
If we must cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a reschedule at your election.
